Abstract

A clinical review is made on a case of Henoch-Shoenlein¢¥s purpura found in a 16 years old female. The malady was preceded by the recurrent tonsillitis, and abdominal pain, bloody diarrhea and swelling of the both knee joints were developed. Complete recovery was obtained by the administration of prednisolone for 3 weeks. A case of spontaneous rupture of rudimentary uterine horn confirmed in a 26year-old primigravida is reported here. She had been pregnant for eight months, and the emergency operation disclosed the rudimentary uterine horn on the right side associated with ipsilateral agenesis.
Postoperative course was uneventful.
Brief review of pertinent literature, particularly on the urogenital anomalies, was made.
